Setting up New Node-locked license

In this guide, we will show you how to install and license your Capvidia software.

This guide assumes that you are installing a new, node-locked license.

Step 1: Download and install the Capvidia Software

Download and install your software from the Capvidia downloads page: Capvidia.com

Step 2: Request the License Key from Capvidia Support

When you first run the application, you will see the licensing registration screen. Select Standalone as license type.

1. Fill out your Name and Company (remember this spelling exactly)

2. Request a license key by clicking on "Request Key."

   

3. Select 'Copy the request to the clipboard' and paste the information in a reply email to your account representative or support@capvidia.com.

Step 3: Enter the License Key to activate the Software

Once the Capvidia Support Team gets the request, we will generate a license and send a reply email to you. We generally respond within hours, but sometimes it takes up to 1-2 business days.

When you get this License Key, open the application again and plug it into the License Key field.
