License Expiration and Renewal
Once your license is expiring, 30 days before the expiration date when you open the application, a warning message will appear in the information panel, letting the user know that the license should be renewed.
This notification serves as an important reminder to ensure that there is no disruption in service or access to the application. As it comes close to the last day of the license validity, it is advised to contact support at support@capvidia.com regarding the renewal process and updating the license.
This approach can help avoid any potential issues that may arise from an expired license. The renewal can be accomplished by following the specific steps outlined for Modifying an existing license, which will guide you through the necessary procedures to ensure your license remains active and up to date. Taking these steps will help maintain uninterrupted access to all features and functionalities of the application.
Additionally, status of license can be seen in the upper right corner, selecting License info button.
This will open a License Information panel where user will have information about formats and Maintenance information which gives additional information about when the license expires.
