Create DRF is located in the Tools ribbon in the Tolerances Group.
Selecting this button will open a panel that enables user to create a Datum Reference Frame from Datums that already exist in the model.
In order to create your DRF, first make sure that you have identified the required Datums. Then, select the primary Datum from the list.
If the feature is a Feature of Size, then optionally select the datum condition modifier. By choice, a secondary and tertiary datum could be selected for the DRF, just like for the primary datum.
When complete, press the Apply button at the top of the panel. This will create the Datum Reference Frame and add it to the model tree.
